Shipping

We prefer UPS because of easy tracking. If a package does get lost it is much easier to find it. We will provide you with a tracking number for each individual box you will receive. Sometimes orders will ship in more than one box. No biggie, you will have tracking for each one!

You will notice upon checkout that you can choose flat rate shipping for $9.00. If you choose this option your package will probably ship by USPS. We may be able to provide a tracking number. Keep in mind that there is no insurance provided for the cheaper shipping charge with USPS. Contact us with questions.

USA: We ship UPS Ground, Overnight, Two Day and Three day. Follow the instructions when checking out and choose one of the above. Sparklin Features is located in Missouri.

UPS automatically insures all packages up to $100.00 dollars. If you need additional insurance for large packages you must let us know before your items ship. We will send you a invoice for the added insurance amount through PayPal. You can always choose not to add additional insurance.

Ground: Takes 5-7 business days in the US. Alaska and Hawaii may be longer.
Overnight Shipping: Item arrives the next business day after your item leaves our store.
Two Day Shipping: Item arrives two days after the package leaves our store.
Three Day: Item arrives three days after the package leaves our store.

Shipping charges get pricier for shorter deliveries. Sometimes customers need items asap for an event, vacation or graduation for example. Please make sure to order in advance to ensure you get your item when you need it. Your order may not ship the same day. We usually ship items within two days after you place your order, sometimes quicker, but thats not a guarantee. We do our very best to get things out asap.

Note about FPO/APO and P.O. Boxes: UPS does not offer service to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Please check with us before placing your order if you have one of these addresses.

Additional Shipping Info:

Undelivered/Unclaimed Packages:
Orders which have been returned to us as undelivered by the carrier will be handled quickly. If Sparklin Features has made an error in the shipping address, we will re-ship the package to the corrected address at no cost to you. If the person who placed the order made a mistake/typo in the shipping address or never accepted the package from the carrier, they will pay for the cost to re-ship the package plus a $11.00 returned fee if the returned package was shipped using UPS. Sorry but thats what UPS will charge us should this happen!

If we can not get ahold of the person who placed the order, or if the customer refuses to have the package re-shipped in compliance with our policies, the package will be treated as a refused shipment (see below).

Refused Shipments:
Once an order leaves Sparklin Features it is considered a complete transaction and is subject to our return policy. Refusing or failing to claim a package from the shipping company does not entitle you to a refund. Refused or unclaimed packages that come back to us from the shipping company are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping and handling. We will refund the remaining amount.
