Is my payment and personal information secure?
Yes, Sparklin Features uses SSL technology to encrypt your personal information so it can only be seen by Sparklin Features. Since you enter your payment information with PayPal, no one else will see this information. PayPal is very secure. Please see our Privacy policy to see how we hand your information.

Do you accept money orders, well concealed cash or personal checks?
We currently accept PayPal, you can pay with most major credit cards through PayPal without signing up. You can also pay by echeck with PayPal if you sign up for an account or have an existing account. PayPal is a very secure payment method. We will be offering secure credit card processing through Authorize.net in the near future. We use PayPal personally on the internet and it is safe and easy!

Using PayPal means faster processing time which allows faster service for you! If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay us securely with your credit card using PayPal (and you don't have to sign up for an account!)

How do I know if placing an order wtih you is safe?
Sparklin Features is a verified PayPal Business member! PayPal is a very trustworthy and respectable ecommerce solution. For more information please go to PayPal.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We prefer that you contact us via email before your purchase and let us know what you are interested in purchasing and what country the order will be shipped to. Upon receiving that information, we will give you a shipping quote for your order and we will send you a separate invoice with your remaining shipping amount once everything is confirmed. Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?
Sorry, once you complete your order on our system you can not change it or cancel it. Please make sure you have the correct items in your shopping cart before submitting your order. We work hard to make sure we get your order to you as quickly as we can.

Do you do returns and/or exchanges?
Yes!

Returns/Exchanges Policy:
We hope your happy with your purchase from Sparklin Features! If for any reason you are not in love with your purchase, we offer either an exchange or refund.

Returns/exchanges must reach us within 14 days after the delivery date. If we receive items back after 14 days we will charge a 50% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping & handling fees for returned items, these charges are non-refundable. You are also responsible for shipping on exchanged items back to you.

Item Condition:
Returns/exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items with packaging must have all parts included in the return. If we find that we can not re-sell an item due to missing packing, the original shoe box for example is destroyed, or an item of clothing is missing tags, dirty, smells, is full of pet hair or damaged, we will not refund your purchase or exchange the item and will ship the items back to you at your expense. Please be careful when trying on clothing, remove makeup, deodorant and perfume before trying them on.

Information Needed To Process Your Return/Exchange:
To begin the return/exchange process, please e-mail us at linda.ronda@sparklinfeatures.com with:
1. Original order number
2. Description/product code of item(s) to be returned or exchanged
3. Please specify the reason for return/exchange
Note: Please let us know if you would like to make a return or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please include the item (description and size) you wish to exchange for.

RA# and Return Address:
Once we receive the information from you regarding your exchange/return we will then email you back with a RA# and return address for your package. We do not give out our return address until we have all information we need to process your return/exchange, this prevents customers from sending items back to us unannounced. We can process your return/exchange much faster if we know about it before it gets here!

Return/Exchange processing Time:
Allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return or exchange.

Insurance for Your Return/Exchange Package:
Please make sure to insure your package before sending your items back to us. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We can not help you if your items do not reach us. We will not accept any package sent to us C.O.D! Please pre-pay to send your items back to us.

International Orders:
Sorry, We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.

Non Returnable Items:
Returns/exchanges are not accepted on sale items, perfume, earrings, cosmetics, handmade items or jewelry. However, we will offer an exchange on any item that is defective.

Mistakes/Damaged Items:
Once in a while we may make a mistake (were only human), if we accidentally ship the wrong item, or if an item is found to have flaws that inhibit the normal use or functionality of the item (damaged), we will replace it once we receive the item back. If you choose not to have the item replaced, and decide to return it, the return will be subject to our return policy. Please understand that no product is 100% perfect, therefore superficial issues that do not affect the function of the item, are not considered damage.

If you experience a problem with the product after using it for a period of time please contact the manufacturer directly. We do not send pick ups for returns. If an item is damaged we will refund the return shipping costs for standard shipping once we get it back.

Stock:
We do our best to fulfill exchanges; we can not guarantee that the requested item will be in stock when we receive your return. If we do not have the item for which you would like to make the exchange, we will email you.

Undelivered/Unclaimed Packages:
Orders which have been returned to us as undelivered by the carrier will be handled quickly. If Sparklin Features has made an error in the shipping address, we will re-ship the package to the corrected address at no cost to you. If the person who placed the order made a mistake/typo in the shipping address or never accepted the package from the carrier, they will pay for the cost to re-ship the package plus a $11.00 returned fee if the returned package was shipped using UPS. Sorry but thats what UPS will charge us should this happen!

If we can not get ahold of the person who placed the order, or if the customer refuses to have the package re-shipped in compliance with our policies, the package will be treated as a refused shipment (see below).

Refused Shipments:
Once an order leaves Sparklin Features it is considered a complete transaction and is subject to our return policy. Refusing or failing to claim a package from the shipping company does not entitle you to a refund. Refused or unclaimed packages that come back to us from the shipping company are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping and handling. We will refund the remaining amount.

How do I know for sure if an item will fit?
We try to give you exact measurements for the items we sell, so please review that information closely. We suggest measuring yourself and then compare the garments measurements to yours. Remember to give yourself a little room for movement. Also, you can always compare the measurements of our garment to the measurements of your best fitted clothes, since all manufacturers sizing may vary.


Can I order more than one size of an item of clothing or shoes to make sure I find the right fit?
Please do not do this. We are a small business that specializes in "one of a kind" or "costom made apparel" and we buy in small quantities. Most of our ready to wear items are unique and we may not have the available materials to exactly reproduce our apparel items.  To make sure other people have a chance to buy our items we ask that you buy only one of each different style of clothing. If the item does not fit we will be happy to exchange it for another size. If we do receive an order like this we will not except returns or exchanges on the item you ordered multiples of. Sorry.

How do I measure?
We usually take measurements while the item is laying flat and unstretched.

How do I know if the color of an item on your site is correct?
If your unsure email us and ask before purchasing. We try to get our photos to represent the actual color of an item as closely as possible. Not all monitors display color the same. Make sure to read the product description as well as looking at the photos of an item.

We reserve the right not to ship to any unconfirmed paypal addresses. We take internet fraud very seriously!
